Key responsibilities:

- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Draft and edit correspondences, such as taking meeting minutes, HR related paperwork
- Assisting with HR tasks, such as recruiting, onboarding, drafting employment contract
- Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth office operations
- Managing office equipment/stationaries
- Ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures
- Assisting with Ad Hoc tasks

Position requirements:

- At least 1-year full time experience in office administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communication fluently (written and verbal) in Chinese and English
- Exceptional organizational and time skills
- Exceptional customer service skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Words and Excel
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and employees are required to wear a mask in the office, common areas are sanitized regularly.

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)
