**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Transport Operations Supervisor to join our team at Lytton. As the supervisor in this role, you will hold a pivotal position in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our warehouse and transportation activities. You will have two team leaders reporting directly to you—one responsible for transport operations and the other for warehouse operations. Flexibility is important, as you will be required to work rotating shifts, alternating between 5.30am - 1.00pm and 9.00am - 5.00pm.

**As the Warehouse and Transport Operations Supervisor you will**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate transportation activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Manage a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and support.
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols and relevant regulations.

- Previous experience in warehouse and transportation management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
