As we continue to expand, we're seeking a proactive and safety-focused Warehouse Team Leader to join our Lytton, QLD site.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, support, and allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency.
  • Oversee forklift operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor the quality of work to meet targets and priorities.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse & Facilities Manager on shift handovers and task completions.
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks and ensure proper use of equipment.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Assist with the verification of manifests and dispatch documentation.
  • Manage team break times to align with operational needs and compliance.
  • Report incidents, hazards, and equipment damage promptly.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous warehouse or forklift operations experience is essential.
  • Proven leadership skills – able to motivate and direct a small team.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of WHS and a strong commitment to a safety culture.
  • Forklift licence (essential).
