Job Description Summary

Manages one or more projects and develops key relationships between the project, project teams, PMO, and Businesses to ensure project delivery to agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefits.
About the Role

Key responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for some of the following:

- Leading and managing a team.
- Ensuring the Service Stream Limited & Client database is kept up to date and accurate.
- Seeking opportunities for innovation and process improvements where possible.
- Ensuring the timely completion of tasks assigned to the team.
- Managing client expectation and requests for information in a timely manner.
- Developing, mentoring, and coaching direct reports in all aspects of the business and contract.
- Following the directives of management and carrying out the duties of the role to a proficient and professional level.

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working in a similar leadership role.
- Experience in Telecommunications industry is advantageous.
- Previous exposure and use of IFS ERP is highly desirable.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communications skills.
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement focus.
- Ability to manage people remotely.
