The Team Leader - Govt PMO PIM will be responsible for managing the PIM team to effectively support and deliver Projects to Vocus’ Government customers. The Team Leader - Gov PMO PIM will also be required to maintain and update various reports for the team and wider business.

This role will undertake a wide range of duties in support of the PIM team. Continuous improvement of the associated delivery processes and advocacy of the team will be core to the role. Duties and responsibilities include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coach and develop the team individually to ensure the team is setup for success in delivering projects to Government customers.
- Provide proactive support and training for PIM team members.
- Ensure the adherence to project management processes for the delivery of all projects, in line with the PMI PMP methodology or equivalent.
- Facilitate a constructive working relationship between PIM’s and PM’s.
- Effectively communicate expectations and monitor adherence for the correct processing of orders within delivery systems to facilitate accurate reporting of delivery forecasts

**Skills**:

- Telecommunications background is preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and processes or equivalent desirable
- Strong understanding of Data Networks, Protocols and Equipment
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
