This role belongs in our Technology and Transformation division, which is charged with the transformation of our business and the running of our technology systems. The Bank has adopted a holistic approach to delivering transformation and change and our Enterprise Delivery team is the project delivery team for BEN responsible for “turning our strategy into reality” through quality, customer focussed end-to-end delivery.

This role IS part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) which is the project delivery team for BEN responsible for “turning our strategy into reality” through quality, customer focussed end-to-end delivery.

Your role is to:

- Partner with key stakeholders to make sure we are doing the right work and make sure we do the work right
- Be the eyes and ears for the Program Director and the team.
- See what is coming and guide the team to where they need to be, avoiding risks and knowing when crucial decisions need to be made.
- Effectively develop trusted relationships with internal and external delivery partners at all levels and you use your business and commercial acumen and general savvy to navigate across the organisation to get things done.

A good PMO Manager is critical to grease the wheels of delivery, understand what is really going on and your role is to keep things running like a well-oiled machine. When the PMO is humming, the program is humming.

**About you**

You will be an experienced PMO leader working within a large Risk and Compliance portfolio.

As a PMO Manager you will have:

- Deep knowledge and significant experience in PMO services and tools used to support complex transformational change activity.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels to quickly build deep collaborative working relationships and effectively influence across the organisation.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to synthesise complex information and articulate insights and key messages for relevant audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and continuously shifting priorities.
- A growth mindset, and natural focus on continuous improvement, and innovation.
