**About Your Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Individual Giving Officer to work within our Marketing Division.

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire, retain and cultivate donors through the management of Scope’s fundraising campaigns.

**Your Key Focus**
- Nurture relationships with existing and potential donors while supporting the wider team with the overall fundraising strategy
- Work with the digital marketing team to optimise the Scope website donor page
- Plan and implement acquisition strategies to build our supporter base
- Work with the Fundraising Manager to identify, research, execute and provide support to new fundraising initiatives
- Evaluate and track engagement and fundraising support

**What We Look For**
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Resourceful and flexible in response to changing and dynamic environment
- Experience within marketing or fundraising
- Proven ability to plan and deliver successful fundraising campaigns
