Reactivation Officer

**About the role**:
As a result of our significant growth, we are now seeking a motivated business development individual to aid our customer experience and re-engage customers back into care.

Duties of this role include:

- Customer focused approach
- Monitoring patient retention and compliance
- Use our Practice Management System (PMS) to extract information regarding customer compliance to aid reactivation and reporting
- Identify areas of opportunity, improvement and trends within the customer experience
- Using your business development experience, create and optimise retention strategies to connect with patients
- Prepare statistical data in Google sheets/Excel and provide to management team
- This is a repetitive role therefore the position requires a self motivated go-getter who is comfortable having conversations with customers of different ages and backgrounds; being able to be solution-focussed for the best positive outcome.

Flexible working arrangements are available for this role, working across our head office in Hawthorn and from home in the ideal situation.

All training will be provided.
