**Position: Support Worker**

We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable in-home aged care services, distinguished by our innovative approach that reduces total costs by 30% to 50% through mínimal management and service fees.

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in Hawthorn, Vic, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

This client requires a carer to offer companion care for 8 hours per week. This client would prefer a carer who knows sign language.

Short shifts from Monday to Sunday and carers are able to pick up extra shifts with other clients in their area if they wish.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Experience in providing at home care including Personal Care
- Must be fully qualified - No students, please.
