Hudson are currently recruiting on behalf of a global top-tier firm based in Perth CBD. Our client pride themselves on creating lasting impacts with their clients, people, and the community. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a career Paralegal to join their team.

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our client's Property & Leasing team. As an integral member of the team, you will be working closely with a Partner and the wider team in the Property practice. You will have a focus on leasing and conveyancing work and demonstrate an ability to manage competing deadlines.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Opening, closing and managing retail and commercial files
- Preparation of contracts, transfer of land contracts and caveats
- Effectively liaising with external parties including real estate agents, financial institutions and other law firms
- Ensuring smooth and timely settlements
- Reviewing executed documentation
