**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Lease Administrator, you’ll be assisting our on-site property team which oversees a build-to-rent residential development in Southport, QLD. Whilst monitoring Lease Administration tasks in conjunction with the property team, you’ll also be providing a front-of-house reception service to tenants, customers and contractors.

**An Overview of the role**:

- Create listings and advertise apartments
- Communicate with property managers and tenants throughout the leasing process
- Ensure exceptional reception service is delivered and high-level customer service is demonstrated
- General property administration duties as specified by the Property Manager
- Attend to general customer and tenant enquiries

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:

- Administration or front of house experience is desirable
- Seeking a career in property management
- Bright personality and well presented
- Works strongly both autonomously and within a team
- Experience using a property management system and MS Excel will be well regarded
- We require a Real Estate Certificate to be obtained upon appointment (if not already held)
