**What this job involves**:
We seek an experienced Leasing Manager to Join our Gold Coast team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Review and prepare online advertising to maximise enquiries from target markets
Maintain an on-site inspection schedule that optimises the availability of apartment viewings
Host property inspections that effectively inform and educate potential residents on the benefits of Smith Collective, Australia’s first large-scale Build To Rent development
Liaise with on-site Property Managers to handover new residents seamlessly
Maintain leasing reporting systems
Other tasks requested by management

A high degree of self-motivation and organisation is required on a day-to-day basis.
Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data.
A positive and welcoming person who enjoys helping people find their new home
Proven capacity to maintain focus on achieving targets.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills to operate as a proactive member of a small core team.
A positive approach to meeting clients’ needs.
Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel
A background of excellent results in a client-facing role
Actively encourages an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success
Demonstrates the ability to maintain and manage accurate data.
Experience with property management databases preferred
Must hold a current Queensland Property Managers Certificate
