**Job Description**:
The Supervisor for Data Acquisition - Research, is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Data Acquisition Team. Managing data capture and reporting deliveries to ensure they deliver efficient and professional service to both internal and external clients and customers.
This role involves supervising the team and the products within the department ensuring they maintain their impeccable record for delivering accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date information to the Australian Market. In cooperation with other team members, to work on continuously maintaining and improving the standards of all products and projects maintained by Corelogic.
Specific tasks pertinent to this role can be broken down into:
- Meet all Research deadlines and schedules on time.
- Ensure continuous development and improvements to projects and company/contact databases.
- Network, create and expand sources of Research information. When appropriate, attend industry functions and foster good relations with contacts through public relations
- Help formulate and achieve team goals
- Implementing & monitoring KPI’s
- Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and reputation with all staff, customers, suppliers and partners.
- Review procedures and processes to ensure efficiency of operation
- Recruitment of staff
- Training, upskilling and overall development of the team
- One on one coaching and mentoring the team
- Undertaking weekly team meetings
- Conduct employee performance reviews and manage any performance issues that may arise
- Manage roster, staff absences and staff records
- Report collation and monitoring on a regular basis
- Oversee the report delivery to internal and external clients
- Management of the TELUS processes
- Manage the key relationships with external clients
- Manage the key relationships with internal stakeholders
Autonomy
- Driving cultural behaviours across the Team
- Driving Strategy and Relationships within the Data Acquisition Research space, including prospecting with the Sales Team
- Management of the Exec Audience on Data Acquisition Research and Performance Reporting
Job Qualifications:
To be successful in this role the key competencies required include:
- Training Skills, ability to support and train members of the team to ensure a consistent level of knowledge
- Good negotiation and facilitation skills
- Ability to lead, coach, train and organise in a team as well as one on one environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to actively participate in or to lead group meetings
- Excellent clear, concise and professional communication skills

- Ability to recommend and implement process improvements
- Ability to use initiate and be pro-active
- Analytical interrogation of data and quality control checking
Experience and Education Required
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Team Leader role
- At least 8 years’ experience in a Service Centre environment
