The nature of a boutique means that researchers within the business are hands-on with all projects from initial proposal. From day one you’ll be hands on with:

- Build strong client relationships
- Proposal design
- Taking briefings and deeply understanding client problems
- Designing research methodologies for tracking and ad-hoc projects
- Project management
- Quantitative survey design and data analysis (Q and SPSS)
- Qualitative fieldwork such as in-depth interviews and focus groups
- Insight generation, translating data into stories that answer problems
- Reporting and presenting

Applicants must have prior commercial or social market research agency experience.

Based in Adelaide, the agency offers a hybrid working culture, split between home and the office.
