Based in Adelaide, APG Workforce are recruiting for an energetic and result oriented
**Talent Acquisition Advisor **to join a dynamic team that covers the whole supply chain from the farm gate through to delivering products to consumers in Australia and overseas. They are one of Australia’s largest container packing and processing businesses, with facilities in southern and eastern Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Growing business through engaging and lasting relationships
- Recruitment management - help to prepare role briefs, writing job-ads, managing recruitment campaigns, short-listing/interviewing, and pre-employment checks.
- Develop emerging and continually improving strategies for attraction and retention across the business
- Ensure that employees have all documentation returned and assist with data entry prior to commencement of employment
- Contribute and influence an environment where Safety, Health and the Environment (SH&E) is an integral part of how we do business

**About You**:

- Qualifications and/or demonstrated skills and experience in a talent acquisition role or a high-level recruitment coordinator role
- A sound understanding of the recruitment industry and relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent skills in interviewing, time management administration - need to be tech savvy
- Excellent people skills - with the confidence and ability to negotiate and close
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
