**Job Description**:
Position Summary:
The Associate, Data Acquisition Research - Recent Sales, is responsible for Real Estate data capture and reporting deliveries to ensure they deliver efficient and professional service to both internal and external clients and customers.

This role primarily involves outbound calling to Real Estate Agents, both residential and commercial, to ensure that CoreLogic can maintain their impeccable record for delivering accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date information to the Australian Market. In cooperation with other team members, to work on continuously maintaining and improving the standards of all products and projects maintained by Corelogic.

Key Responsibilities:
Specific tasks pertinent to the team also include:

- Create and manually check reports for research.
- Create and manually check reports for REISA
- Manage work flow
- Ensure timely collection of auction data and Private Treaty Sales
- Manage and execute adhoc report requests from different departments
- Help formulate and achieve team goals
- Participate in organisational culture and values
- Provide feedback on market activity, sentiment, procedures and processes to ensure efficiency of operation

- Operational efficiency (Productivity Min. 85%)
- Ensure service delivery is within the agreed SLA’s for internal and external stakeholders
- Actively improve customer experience and satisfaction
