**What will you be doing?
As a Credit Support Specialist, the key function of the role is to help support our Credit Team effectively and efficiently make credit decisions based on requests for finance. Through working with a number of stakeholders, prioritizing and actioning work in a timely manner, our aim is to help create a business that is servicing our customers quicker than our competitors.
- Ensure data is entered accurately and matches supporting documentation
- Perform phone calls to banks, customers and dealerships to verify information when required.
- Help identify, simplify and enhance process improvements to ensure a fantastic customer experience

**What will make you successful in this role?**
- Must be resilient and open to change
- Effectively interpret and prioritize workload to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Good quantitative and analytical skills, coupled with sound judgement
- Excellent verbal communication
- A great personality coupled with boundless enthusiasm for a great customer experience
- The ability to work autonomously without supervision
- Work with large amounts of ambiguity and foster a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be a team player and build strong positive working relationships throughout the organization
