Reporting to the Hub Services Support Team Leader, this position will provide administration support across the Limits, Credit Services, Collections and Claims teams within the Adelaide Head Office.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Loading collection and claim requests
- Processing endorsements
- Trade references
- Preparing credit reports
- Processing default and collection reimbursement requests
- Liaising with Underwriters and Insolvency Practitioners
- Updating information on our in-house database and Underwriter portals
- General administrative tasks

- Mature and professional attitude
- A positive work ethic
- High attention to detail
- Accurate typing skills
- knowledge of business structures and credit processes an advantage
