About the role

We are looking for a Credit Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. The position involves dealing directly with clients, staff from our extensive branch network and Elders management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with clients, often involving high-value transactions, with new debts falling due every day
- Managing credit limits by reviewing and preparing submissions for limit increases, or assisting clients to work within their existing credit limit
- Producing daily reports

About you
- Previous Commercial Credit experience with a solid understanding of the debt recovery processes
- Sound MS Office skills.
- Can make decisions based on available data and take a firm stand
- Act with integrity by being consistently honest with yourself and others
- A team-orientated self-starter with a mature approach to performance and achieving outcomes
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to relate effectively to a diverse range of individuals
