A well-established bank is seeking an Assistant Property Specialist to join their team.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the National Manager, your role would be to manage a portfolio of commercial property lending clients, with accountabilities focused around:

- Developing strong relationships with customers and ensuring an efficient and amazing service is provided
- Financial analysis, security structuring, completion of complex credit submissions
- Conducting customer needs analysis to match appropriate products and support cross selling opportunities

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Advanced credit and financial analysis skills with experience structuring complex credit papers is essential
- Demonstrated record of building strong stakeholder and customer relationships
- Good understanding of commercial markets (commercial property experience highly desirable)
- Advanced experience and understanding of the end-to-end lending process (commercial property and construction)
- Confidence and ability to influence and negotiate while co-presenting at the Credit Committee
- Self-motivated and proactive with effective planning and time management skills
- Resilience and sound decision making ability
