Our client is a successful recruitment agency seeking an experienced recruiter to join their growing team.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing a suitable account plan within your specified territory and driving potential business to a successful close.
- Proactively source business via both phone and face to face with clients.
- Consult with clients, understanding their business drivers and needs.
- Work with colleagues to realise cross-selling opportunities.
- Pipeline management and personal sales target achievement
- Growing the business in relevant major NSW accounts
- Effective qualification up-front and through the process of tenders and other response bids

Skills/experience required;
- Good verbal/written communication skills essential
- Strong Excel skills - able to sort, filter and cut data in different ways
- Impeccable attention to details
- Highly organised, managing large volumes of data

Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience or at least 5 years experience required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
