**About the Project**:
John Holland are delighted to have been selected to deliver the M7 - M12 Interchange, which includes widening the M7 between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Rd at Oakhurst, and building a new interchange between the M7 and M12 and an upgrade to Elizabeth Drive to connect it to the M12.

This role is the ultimate HR generalist role, ideal for those seeking to expand their skills in a fast-paced environment. - Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a professional and engaging employee experience
- Support the implementation of culture, engagement and social inclusion initiatives across the project
- Support all facets of the employee lifecycle to contribute to a positive and engaging employee experience
- Prepare people related documents, presentations and data for employees and managers
- Maintain employee records in accordance with John Holland systems
- Generate reports as required
- Support leaders in employee relations matters
- Work closely with our Training Academy to ensure our project team have the right skills and qualifications to perform their work

**About You**:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2 years HR generalist experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and relatable to employees and all levels of leadership
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Work collaboratively in a team and manage different stakeholders
- Genuine passion for employee engagement and delivering meaningful diversity and inclusion outcomes
- A desire to work on site in Western Sydney in a construction environment.
