**Reporting into: People Director**

**Salary Range**: $60,000 - $80,000

**Location**: Sydney

Key Responsibilities

As our **People Coordinator**, you will:

- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in Workday (you’ll spend lots of time in Workday).
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing documents and conducting orientations.
- Support people initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and diversity efforts.
- Handle general inquiries and assist employees with policies and procedures including the review of said policies and procedures.
- Organise and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.

About you:

- You have or are studying HR at university
- You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- You can handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

It would be music to our ears if you also had:

- Experience with Workday
- 1-2 years of HR administration experience
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
