**The Opportunity**

This is initially a 12 month contract, but there is opportunity for it to go beyond that.

Reporting to the National Head of Property, and sitting within the broader property & facilities team, this position is responsible for the leased property portfolio (corporate real estate), and taking strategic responsibility for their lease management system - MRI.

The key focus for this role is the timely resolution of lease events across our clients leased portfolio. This includes but is not limited to market rent reviews, annual rent reviews and managing lease negotiations for new leases.

The portfolio comprises of assets in every state and territory being a mixture of freehold, leasehold, ground and crown leases, with a rent roll payable of more than $180M per annum.

In addition, the team manages a large network of sub leases and oversight of numerous VMO lease/ license agreements.

**The Profile We Are Seeking**:
Additionally, you will ideally have:

- Experience in Property/ Asset Management, Leasing, Lease Administration.
- Use of Property Management software MRI
- Demonstrate the ability to be able to put together and negotiate lease deals
