Complete asset data collection for various projects on a unique site
- 6 month contract with full time hours
- Salary is $35 per hour + Super

This role entails undertaking asset data collection, considering condition assessments of building assets, noting changes to site maps and / or floor plans for sites, whilst recording data of the assets.

**Duties**:

- Report to the Asset Coordinator and other stakeholders including the client, suppliers, contractors, maintenance staff etc.
- Collect data about assets on the site and record in a asset management software
- Ensure that the information recorded is in the correct format to enable upload to the company’s software
- Participate in asset condition assessments and validation within the allocated timeframes
- Document any changes to the site and floor plans
- Ensure information for assets onsite are up to date, completed, and verified
- Document asset defects according to risk and type of asset
- Undertake barcoding of assets and locations
- Assist with connecting the asset registers to the site and floor plans
- Adhere to company HSE policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Some experience / exposure to asset management preferred, in particular data collection and recording
- Trade background is valuable e.g. electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, joinery etc
- Must be comfortable using CAFM and asset management systems to record data

**Details**:

- 6 month contract to cover the needs of the project
- Starting ASAP
- Hourly pay is $35 ph + Super
- Possibility to extend or take on a perm role
