Maintenance Coordinator

**IPA** are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our client based in Freemantle.
To assist in the management of the 24 hour operations and maintenance of the site and its assets. Please provide valid qualifications.
**Key Duties**:
- 24 hour access to the facility, Administer the Pass requirements
- Ensure Pass Office is suitably resourced. Ensure passes are issued according to procedure
- Monitor and record User assigned areas, meters and other charges
- Ensure invoicing data is collected and accurate
- Ensure records of compliance with permits and approvals is maintained
- Manage and administer service contracts
**Skills and Experience required**:
- 3 years practical experience in office administration
- Ability to organize and chair meetings,
- Time management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Suite
- Drivers License
**Working Relationships**:
- Operations Manager
- Asset Manager
- SHEQ Advisor
**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: $230.00 - $445.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fremantle WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
