We have an incredible opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated individual to join our team as our Farm Asset & Infrastructure Manager. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising farm infrastructure, machinery, and assets across multiple sites. You will lead improvement projects, coordinate contractors, support livestock and cropping operations, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agistment programs, including contract negotiations, stock movements, and monitoring feed availability.
- Plan and implement farm efficiency and improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, sustainability, and profitability.
- Oversee livestock operations of sheep and cattle across all properties.
- Collaborate with V&V Walsh to align livestock supply, feedlot, and production requirements with operational capability.
- Coordinate and undertake farm maintenance activities, ensuring infrastructure, machinery, fencing, and water systems are maintained to a high standard.
- Liaise closely with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to coordinate works, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Oversee the management of internal cropping programs, including crop planning, soil health management, planting, spraying, and harvesting schedules.
- Administer and monitor cropping lease agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and optimised land use.
- Support and drive agriforestry initiatives, including planning, establishment, and maintenance of tree planting programs.
- Monitor compliance with environmental, animal welfare, and workplace health and safety standards across all farming operations.
About You:
- Proven experience in asset, infrastructure, or farm operations management.
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing contractors, capital works, and maintenance schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in the use of Office 365 suite of applications and maintenance/project management software.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work across multiple sites.
