**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join the **Campbellfield** team in our Fielders business as a **Customer Service Representative.** With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision

Our customers are a mix of homeowners and builders requiring a variety of superior products and solutions that we offer. Being the face of BlueScope, you will ensure all our customers receive exceptional service.

**The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.**

**What Will You Do?**

This role will offer variety and scope for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. In addition to general sales and customer service duties, you’ll be responsible for the following**:

- data entry and administrational tasks
- following up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
- collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
- administrational task
- scheduling and booking orders/shed components
- continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition

- high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- a strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

- demonstrated computer competency including MS Office
