Now, we are looking for a Sales Representative to take the lead in shaping how our story is told — representing our brand, driving growth, and strengthening our presence across markets in Australia and beyond.

About the Role

Reporting to the Management, you'll inherit an existing customer base and be responsible for managing their accounts, while actively growing your portfolio through cross-selling and customer acquisition. You'll use our extensive internal database and organic inbound leads to reconnect with warm and dormant leads, as well as proactively generating new opportunities through outbound sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, farmers, and suppliers.
  2. Re-engaging customers with inactive accounts to increase retention and awareness.
  3. Handle and convert inbound enquiries via phone, email and website.
  4. Actively making both warm and cold outbound calls to generate sales.
  5. Utilize internal CRM and lead data to identify warm sales opportunities.
  6. Assisting with customer orders and enquiries, as needed.
  7. Cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
  8. Liaising with suppliers to help ensure material quality and availability.
  9. Problem-solving and managing customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  10. Work independently as well as collaboratively with the operations and logistics team.
