The opportunity has arisen for a 'Customer & Vehicle Service Representative' to join our Team primarily for branches in Northern suburbs

Only full time positions available..

To be successful for this position you must have the following:

  • Positive 'Can do' Attitude
  • Be flexible (weekend work essential)
  • Work well in a Team and autonomous when required
  • Willing to work weekend and public holiday shifts
  • Great Customer service skills
  • Be able to multitask & work under pressure
  • Relate & communicate with customers
  • Have own transport and a full driver's licence

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, and in person, extends to strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Promote and sell Budget products and services.
  • Cleaning Vehicles is required
  • Driving Vehicle is required
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, filing documents regarding rental agreements.
