**Core Skills**
- Proven experience as a UX/Product Designer, creating products from concept to completion
- Be able to conduct research & discovery, understanding customer needs aligning to business requirements. Ideally have built products from the ground up in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Not be afraid to create new concepts, build fast, fail and iterate
- Preferably have experience working on eCommerce, enterprise or SaaS products
- To start ASAP
