**ServiceNow UX Designer** Sydney
**The Role**
As a UI/UX Designer, you will craft product experiences for our customers, partners, and internal teams. Take ownership of the end-to-end process, from discovery through launch, and collaborate with a cross-functional team of product owners, engineers, and business leaders. This role is to deliver great experiences and ensure our propositions are brought to life through engaging digital experiences.
**The role's key objectives include**:
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs for ServiceNow.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on UI/UX designs based on user needs and preferences.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate user flows.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementations and provide guidance on front-end development best practices.
**About You**:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and accessible user interfaces
- Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI/UX design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints in design solutions.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform design guidelines is desirable.
