**The Client**

Our respecting client is seeking UX Designer to join the team. The goal of this role is to improve customer satisfaction and make digital services more user-friendly and accessible.

**The Role**

Our respected client is seeking a UX Designer Working closely with business and delivery squads in an Agile setting, your focus will be on delivering solutions that meet customer needs and quality standards.

As the UX Designer you’ll Collaborate with Product to enhance customer experiences and generate design concepts, prototypes, and final designs, considering technology and regulatory constraints. You’ll Promote a user-centric and evidence-driven culture within the organisation.

**Essential Skills**
- 3-5 years of UX Design experience.
- Proficiency in design, specifically using Figma.
- Experience in User Research and User Testing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience within a bank or in a financial company is preferred.
