We're a small design agency working with clients on digital transformation and product design. We're looking for a mid-level UX Designer to join a client project, working hands-on to turn research insights into practical, user-centred solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand real needs
  • Turning insights into journey maps, flows, and detailed wireframes
  • Applying usability heuristics and accessibility best practice
  • Making evidence-based design decisions and clearly communicating recommendations
  • Collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver human-centred solutions

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years' UX design experience with strong research and wireframing skills
  • Proficient in Figma, Optimal Workshop and other UX tools
  • UI design experience desirable but not essential
  • Available to start within 2 weeks

The details

  • 6-month contract (potential for future projects)
  • 5 days per week – 3 days onsite in Sydney CBD, remainder work from home depending on research needs
