**The Role
A pivotal role in the Digital Experience, UX team at WooliesX. The role has the responsibility for delivering great experiences and ensuring our propositions are brought to life through engaging digital experiences. Improving the user experience and optimising the customer journey to achieve digital experience targets.

**The role's key objectives include**:

- Taking a strategic, customer-first approach to everything you to do. Work as part of the team to deliver positive customer sentiment and great business outcomes.
- Ensuring the scope, interactions and end to end experience of the digital products are satisfying customer needs by working across Technology, Analytics, Operations, Content, Squads and Site Ops teams.
- Work across key owned customer facing digital properties.
- Considering the impact on EX for everything we do
- Ensuring the optimal implementation of the product by ensuring UX processes are well thought out and considered.
- Be the custodian of digital experience guidelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and effectively.
- Use research, insights and data to inform and iterate on all design decisions, daily
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Being a champion for the customer in every conversation you engage in
- Collaborating with product owners to ensure the CX is driving decision making
- Delivering all visual design stages from concept, through research, deployment and iteration

**About You**
- At least 3 years' experience working on UX for large scale experiences.
- Strong understanding of end to end UX process.
- Strong facilitation and workshopping skills.
- Deep understanding of UX research methodologies.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams and methodologies.
- Ability to produce research reports and lo-fi sketches/wireframes/prototypes/user flows that articulate the structure and necessary steps a user needs to take in order to reach their goal.
- Data driven in your approach.
- Demonstrated work in the area of Innovation or technology.
- Experience presenting and communicating designs and research and design milestones - peers and senior stakeholders
- University Degree in Psychology/Engineering/Design or applicable UX academies.
- Strong experience building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience working at scale.
- Great attention to detail.
- Keen interest in CX and customer innovation.
