Specialising in Workshop Management Software, point of sale, accounting and a number of other solutions, our client offers a turnkey service for businesses both big and small to assist them in their day-to-day operations.

**The Role**

The POS Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and training of our suite of POS (Point Of Sale) software systems for new and existing clients. This includes working with clients to understand their business needs, both front and back office, configuring the software to meet those needs, and training employees on how to use the system effectively.

**Your Profile**
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and goals for implementing a POS system
- Configure POS software to meet the specific needs of each client
- Provide training to employees on how to use the POS system, including basic navigation, data entry, and reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation and training process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of each implementation and training session
- Provide handover support to our helpdesk team to ensure their continued success with the systems
