Due to growth, they are seeking an Implementation Consultant to assist with the smooth running of project delivery. You will be responsible for successfully implementing the client’s software product for their clients using their platform. This will include eliciting and modelling the client’s requirements for the implementation of their products and ensuring the quality of the successful implementation. Working with a Project Administrator and a small team of professionals to manage the implementation, your role will have variety.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Business Analysis
- Solution Consulting
- Project Management
- Stakeholder engagement

Proven experience in implementations and hands on delivery of software solutions, within SaaS or a COTS product environment (essential)
- Advanced analytical skills including ability to interpret complex business needs and develop appropriate supported solutions, ideally gained in a software implementation environment.
- Previous experience as a business analyst or solutions consultant would be ideal - business analysis tools and techniques e.g., BDD for requirements specifications, workshop facilitation, prioritisation techniques, business rules analysis, scope modelling.Experience in writing user stories and structuring requirements within an Agile framework.
- Strong stakeholder engagement with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite, Jira, Confluence and PM related tracking tools

You can work remotely in this role with visits to the office when required, however from time to time some travel during the early stages of tan implementation to run workshops. Our client has a mature approach and a flexible work approach.
