**About the Role**

As part of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in using HR software systems to join our Client Services team as a Consultant. If you’re passionate about technology, process improvement, and helping organisations achieve their HR goals, this role is for you

Leverage your HR expertise and software experience to lead successful implementations of our Talent solutions, provide expert advice to clients, and drive adoption of our tools. You’ll play a key role in showcasing our products, managing client relationships, and ensuring every implementation delivers high-value outcomes for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and configure systems to meet their unique needs.
- Lead end-to-end project management for software implementations, from planning to delivery.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the implementation process.
- Provide expert advice and technical support to help clients optimise their use of our HR solutions.
- Contribute to product improvements by sharing insights and feedback with our Product and Development teams.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to promote our solutions via webinars, demonstrations, and other customer engagement activities.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including guides and videos, to support clients.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on using HR Information Systems (HRIS) in day-to-day operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and workflows, particularly in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, or workforce planning.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train groups and convey technical information effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Willingness to travel within Australia as required.
- A Class C driver’s licence.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in a software consulting, implementation, project management, or pre-sales role.
- Knowledge of Talent or Workforce Management solutions.
