Their products are across Physical Access Control Systems, Identity and Credentials (Digital & Physical) technologies, Identity Authentication & Verification Readers, Biometrics and other security solutions.
**Job Overview**:
As the Software Implementation Consultant within the professional services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by working on complex Physical Identity and Access Management projects.
You will be responsible for integrating, deploying, testing, and documenting the software solutions for their Physical Identity and Access Management products. You will be working on multiple project teams simultaneously, following comprehensive and proven methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of physical access solutions, either onsite or online.
- Provide guidance to customers on effectively utilising the solution, including modifying existing processes, procedures, workflow, forms, and content.
- Collaborate with clients during software implementation, upgrades, problem resolution, enhancements, specialised reporting, training, and rollout phases.
- Identify gaps, translate business requirements into technical/system requirements, and guide offshore consultants accordingly.
- Keep client management and relevant personnel informed about project status.
- Ensure smooth go-live transitions by following established procedures.
- Facilitate seamless transitions from implementation to support.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and relay client feedback to relevant departments.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the product suite and services implementation methodology, developing repeatable processes and quality deliverables.
- Mentor and coach other team members.
- Identify trends, support internal documentation, development projects, and process enhancements.
**Key Requirements**:
- Tertiary Education, or relevant industry qualificatons.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience with a good understanding of both business and technical aspects.
- Proficient in database schemas, queries, and data migration.
- Willingness to provide occasional support outside regular business hours.
- Strong business process, time management, and analytical skills.
- Programming fundamentals and experience with relational databases and data analysis are desirable.
- Advanced technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
Self-motivated, hard-working team player with initiative and strong self-management abilities.
- Flexibility for travel as required.
**Salary Package**: $140K-$150K Base + Super + 10% Bonus.
