About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to work in our Precast Facility in Benalla, regional Victoria.
This employer also will cover the cost of moving luggage (up to a max of 10’ shipping container) - one way only and provide temporary accommodation in the case of Benalla specifically for four weeks for the person and their dependents.
As the Site Administrator you will provide fundamental administrative and team support to the project Precast Facility team through proactive coordination of daily admin management and project activities.

**You will be responsible for**:
Administration and coordination of the precast facility processes in line with project timelines
Generation of purchase orders using ERP
Maintaining plant registers and required plant administration tasks to ensure accurate recording of plant records on site
Accurate recording of workforce timesheets including confirming completeness for submission to central payroll team
Data entry of all subcontractor and supplier dockets and producing required productivity and usage reports
Effective and accurate communication of financial reporting deadlines and updates to project team

Desirable - Previous administration experience within a construction, resources, manufacturing/production plant or heavy industry environment
Experience with JDE would be desirable; however, training is available
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively

About Spark North East Link
The Spark Consortium has been selected to deliver the Central Package of the North East Link Project - Victoria's biggest road project.
The Spark Consortium’s Design and Construction Contractor - which comprises Webuild, CPB Contractors, GS Engineering and Construction and China Construction Oceania - will deliver the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project.
The Central Package will be delivered as a Public Private Partnership and provides three-lane twin tunnels that will close the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network from the M80 Ring Road to an upgraded Eastern Freeway, reducing journey times and diverting heavy vehicles away from local roads. Up to 135,000 vehicles will use North East Link every day, reducing congestion in the north-east while maintaining local roads.
