**The role**:

- **Work with the Head of Sales and a high performing team to enable clients with their business challenges - address and solve priority operational issues**:

- **Drive sustainable growth in ANZ - in public and private sectors**:

- **Accelerate the implementation of a well-developed GTM strategy**

**What you will be doing**:

- Focus on target industries to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline, qualify & close deals
- Create a net new qualified pipeline for significant B2B enterprise SaaS and Services deals
- Educate target industries and accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals
- Uncover and run sales cycles-based opportunities
- Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment
- Develop sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities
- Drive successful conversion of sales opportunities into pilot proposals
- Establish and nurture deep, long-term business relationships within key organisations

**You will have**:

- Singular focus on delivering great customer outcomes
- 3-5 years general B2B sales experience - ideal
- 3+ years B2B tech sales environment experience - advantage
- Value selling and negotiating skills and tech savvy approach - essential
- BANT or SaaS sales framework methodology - preferred
- Demonstrated business acumen - entrepreneurial mindset
- Advanced innovative thinking - solve the clients points of pain
- Professional communication and presentation skills to senior audiences

**Desirable skills and experience**:

- Start-up/high growth business development experience
- Enterprise software sales program experience
- Senior network in any of CRE, Fed/State Government, major corporates or possible channel partners
- ISO 55000, Asset Management Maturity comprehension
- Channel Partner & third-party engagement experience
- Tertiary education to degree level
