Flexible working arrangements - Great Salary package - Clear career development path Our client is seeking their next NAE to join the business and develop themselves into future National Account Managers (NAM). Our client was established in 1965 with the sole focus in delivering exceptional food products to it's customers across Australia. They have pioneered new food products and have been at the forefront in developing non-alcoholic beverages since the early 2000's. They pride themselves on their work-life balance, employee benefits and have a strong track record of developing, nurturing and promoting their employees. They're across Major Grocery, Independent and Metcash channels and have a large client portfolio, giving their employees access to a range of fun and interesting products. To be successful in this role, you'll have an eagerness to learn, a "can do attitude" and a want to succeed whilst helping NAM's across the Grocery, Independent and Metcash channels. **The role will include but won't be limited to**; - Optimising product performance through data analysis, promotional submission completion and general administration - provide sales forecasting, trade spend and systems management - Execute all claims processing across the three channels - Deliver financial targets relating to volume, net sales and gross margin contribution for major accounts. - Use data analysis to identify and actively pursue ranging, sales, market share and profit improvement possibilities - Maintain records of company and competitor distribution, ranging and pricing. - Set up new products and maintain the product life cycle from inception to deletion - Support the preparation of category and business review presentations. - Effectively communicate across internal and external stakeholders - Support the development promotional programs across all channels and regularly review their effectiveness. **What you'll get in return;** - Training and support throughout the entirety of the role. - Flexible working conditions - A clearly outlined career path - Development into senior roles within the business - Great salary package **Your background;** - Experience within an FMCG business - Experience in a Sales, Category or Account Management role - High competency in computer information systems - Excellent communication both verbal and written. - Ability to understand complex information
