Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint **an Assistant Procurement Officer - Construction** within the Finance and Reporting - Procurement Division. As the Assistant Procurement Officer, you will provide support to the LAHC Procurement construction team in publishing RFTs, addenda and downloading responses, and GIPPA disclosure via the eTendering website. The role also maintains procurement and contract records in the contract register and record management system as well as the requirement to learn government procurement processes and be trained to undertake low risk procurements.
**About you**
You will enjoy working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment working alongside the Principal and Senior Officers to support the delivery of social housing projects. As LAHC operates a centralised procurement function, there is opportunity to learn fundamental and advanced skills and knowledge in the areas of finance, contracting and commercial requirements of procurement.
The role will suit someone with experience and/or understanding in Government procurement systems, however the role would also be very much suited to someone with an aspiration to learn and develop a career in procurement. This is an excellent opportunity to join a cohesive and high performing team who is supportive of each other in achieving objectives and delivering outcomes.

- Relevant qualification and/or relevant level of experience in procurement and systems / documentation management.
