What you'll do:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial data and smooth operations within our complex multi-entity structure. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Processing Invoices
with strong attention to detail. - Investigating and responding
to accounts payable queries. - Efficiently managing
the Accounts Payable inbox. - Reconciling vendor statements
accurately. - Assisting with
payment runs
. - Vendor creation
and maintenance. - Providing
backup for bank account reconciliations
. - Handling
various ad-hoc administrative tasks

What you'll bring:
Whether you're a recent graduate or have some experience, we're looking for someone with:
- Strong data entry skills
- this is essential
- Experience in Accounts Payable, data entry, or bookkeeping
is a plus, but fresh graduates with a keen learning attitude are highly encouraged to apply. - Clear and open communication skills
to effectively interact with our AU team and external suppliers. - Familiarity with
ERP systems
(experience with Yardi is a bonus, but not required). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
