**COMPANY OVERVIEW**:
Established in December 2021, Anywhere Solutions is a Sydney-based business that supplies a range of specialised services and goods to industrial and commercial projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction companies.

**KEY DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES**:

- Accurately process invoices, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Tracking and follow up on overdue invoices and ensure invoices are paid
- Sending remittance advices
- Build and maintain positive relationships between customers and suppliers, handling enquiries and resolving discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Accurately processing purchase orders and receipts, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Ensuring all payments are processed on time and assisting with reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assist in month-end accounts balancing
- Ensure compliance with financial internal control, policies and procedures
- Assist with internal and external audits as required
- Monitor and allocation of expense tracking
- Answering internal and external queries
- Weekly and monthly financial reporting and other reporting as requested by the Construction Director and/or Commercial Director
- Process payroll
- Other duties as assigned by the Construction Director and/or Commercial Director

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Experience in accounting software (preferably Quickbooks)
- Confidence to negotiate and be direct
- Previous experience in an Accounts position

**WORK ELIGIBILITY**:
You must have full working rights in Australia to be eligible for this position.

**WORKING ARRANGEMENTS**:

- Job type: Full time and permanent
- Full time hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm
- Salary: $75,000-$80,000 p.a. plus super (dependent on experience)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
