**About the role**:
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the delivery of end-to -end management of rostering and billing function across the QLD service delivery region.
In addition to this you will also be responsible for the day-to-day business administration tasks which includes service booking, auditing, and compliance with some reasonable travel.
**On a day to day basis you will be responsible for**:
- Managing all NDIS Service Agreements and ensuring accurate billing services is achieved within required timeframes
- Working collaboratively with our revenue accounting team to resolve outstanding claims and/or invoices
- Continuously collaborating with relevant managers to develop rosters for employees and any changes accurately reflect the system and communicated
- Scheduling clients across our services and in line with their individual Service agreements
- Updating and maintaining relevant client data relating to onboarding, offboarding and NDIS Plans
- Assisting with preparing and submitting Supported independent Living Quotes
- Monitoring and reviewing the continuous improvement and corrective action registers
- Able to travel to sites across our 5 regions - Gold coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton bay & Redlands
**To be successful in this role, **we see you as having;**
- Certificate IV in Accounting, Disability Services, or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in rostering within the NDIS sector
- Demonstrate an understanding of the _Social Community homecare & Disability Award_ and understanding of case planning
- Experience in NDIS claiming through the PRODA portal, plan managers and self-managed clients to access client plan and service booking details
- Demonstrated an ability to maintain accuracy, high attention to detail and appropriately set priorities (time management) while working to competing deadlines
- Demonstrated intermediate level of computer literacy in rostering software, MS Office (excel) and other software products.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to ‘client service’, capacity building and positive outcomes for the clients
- Current “C” class Australian Driver’s Licence
- Provide up to date Covid Vaccinations or Medical Exemption
