We’re Expose Me Marketing - a fast-growing full-scope marketing agency based in Western Sydney. We’re known for doing things differently, blending strategy, creativity and execution across performance marketing, websites, content, branding, and more.
We’re on the hunt for a **Performance Account Manager** who can confidently manage client relationships, oversee Google Ads campaigns (with support), and play a key role in retention and growth. You’ll work directly with our director and delivery team to keep clients happy, informed, and seeing results - without having to run the ads yourself.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Managing a portfolio of 20+ Google Ads clients
- Leading onboarding, monthly reporting calls, and performance reviews
- Liaising with our performance operations team to ensure campaigns stay on track
- Translating technical data into meaningful insights for clients
- Spotting upsell opportunities into SEO, social media, websites or content
- Collaborating with the rest of our team to deliver a seamless client experience
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 2-3+ years’ experience in account management or digital marketing (agency preferred)
- Understanding of Google Ads (you don’t need to run the campaigns, but need to speak the language)
- Someone who genuinely cares about helping businesses grow and stay with us long term
- Able to work independently but loves being part of a collaborative team

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
