**KEY TASKS - Specific to Role**
**Talent Acquisition** **(Primary)**
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine their current and future hiring requirements.
- Prepare and manage / update position descriptions (templates and existing employees).
- Manage the Inlogik recruitment ticketing system.
- Prepare and manage internal and external job advertisements.
- Creating and managing the security and background checks via our partners.
- Ensuring all privacy and compliance standards are maintained across the recruitment process.
**Human Resources** **(Secondary)**
- Create and manage the onboarding process across all platforms for all new employees.
- Onboarding for Software and Hardware: Ensuring the new employee has all relevant assets and access ready for day one.
- Create, manage and complete the new employee onboarding checklist for confirmation.
- Welcoming new employees on their 1st day, introduction to all team members, office tour including kitchen, toilets, fire and safety including emergency meeting spots and contact information.
- Create and manage the termination checklist as required.
- Offboarding to ensure the correct procedure is carried out in a professional and safe manner for all employees. All assets are returned, and access has been suspended by close of business on the last day worked (termination date).
- Complete the termination checklist.
- Act as a point of contact for all staff members.
- Support the HR team with assigned task and processes when required (may include onboarding, change in position, offboarding tasks, correspondence with staff and HR related projects).
- Create and manage any security and background checks for existing employees or partners when required.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR and TA initiatives and systems.
- Provide the HR team and hiring managers market analysis with recruitment and salary trends.
- Preparing, managing and maintaining HR or TA documents.
- Promote and assist with performance assessment engagement.
- Assist in maintain HR workflows both manual and technical.
- Assist and participate with any company security and compliance audits.
- Additional HR related tasks as per requirements to meet business goals.
- Ensuring all privacy and compliance standards are maintained across the HR process.
