**About the role**:
We live and breathe internal mobility at Coles, and due to an exciting internal promotion, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our high performing Store Support Centre (Head Office) TA team, initially on a 6 month fixed-term contract. We pride ourselves on providing best in class recruitment delivery, as well as consultative and strategic partnering to support talent decisions and approaches. We’re serious about what we do but like to have fun while we do it.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Partnering with business stakeholders and leadership teams in our Technology and/or E-Commerce BU's, providing insights, reporting and guidance to support key hiring and talent decisions
- Balance transactional recruitment with strategic sourcing and pipelining activity, utilising various channels and tools to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles
- Support and / or manage various initiatives and projects across relevant business areas, as required
- Supporting the wider TA team where required to ensure we are consistently delivering and delighting our stakeholders.

**About your skills and background**:

- Proven background as a proactive Talent Acquisition professional within an internal (preferred) or external function (agency or RPO), with strong knowledge of the Technology / E-Commerce landscape
- Demonstrated success supporting a fluctuating volume of recruitment whilst delivering key outcomes for the business in line with defined timelines
- Strong experience in partnering and influencing at all levels
