Full-time permanent opportunity for a driven HR Coordinator looking to advance their career

**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a global manufacturing business and a market leader in their field. A recent acquisition and exciting changes within the organisation has lead to the opportunity for a newly-created position for a HR Coordinator to come into the company to support HR operations locally for the 50+ staff.

**Your new role**
Reporting into the Head of HR, your new role will see you perform a truly all-rounder position. This will include:

- Recruitment and coordination of agencies to support temporary and permanent vacancies
- Management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination
- Preparation & maintenance of employment contracts, PDs, organisational charts, internal communications etc.
- Support performance and coordinate the performance review program
- Coordinate annual salary increases, bonuses, leave and attendance
- Reporting and management of HR records

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this position, you must have recent experience working in a similar position, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry. You will be driven and have a learning-mindset that will enable you to grow with the role and the organisation. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills, and not be afraid to push back as needed.

A salary of $78k + super + bonus is on offer for this full-time, permanent position.
